Wedding checklist: 2 weeks before
Two weeks out, confirm everything with everyone. Every vendor should know the time, the place and what's still owed, the paper goods get printed, and the jobs you won't have time for on the day go to people you trust.
The 7 tasks for 2 weeks before
Confirm vendor details & payments
Call or email each vendor to confirm times, places and what's still owed.
Prepare tip envelopes
Fill and label an envelope for each vendor you plan to tip.
Pack for honeymoon
Pack now, so it isn't one more job in the last few days.
Practice ceremony
Walk through the ceremony, especially the vows, out loud.
Delegate wedding-day tasks
Hand each job you won't have time for to a named person.
Confirm deliveries & pick-ups
Confirm what arrives when, and who collects what afterwards.
These are the tasks in the “2 weeks before” group of the free wedding checklist. Put in your wedding date there and each one gets its own due date, with anything already late marked overdue.
