Questions couples ask us
- Is Complete a subscription?
- No. Complete is a one-time purchase for one wedding. You pay once and never see a renewal. It stays active until 12 months after your wedding date, then your plan becomes read-only, and you can still download everything.
- What happens if we hit a free-plan limit?
- Limits only stop you adding more of that thing. Everything you already entered stays viewable, editable and downloadable. Upgrade whenever you want the extra room.
- What is the founding price?
- Early couples get Complete for US$79 instead of US$99. The founding price runs until February 28, 2027 or the first 500 buyers, whichever comes first.
- Can we get a refund?
- Yes. Ask within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund. You go back to the free plan with everything you entered still there.
- Who handles payment?
- Paddle, our payment partner. They take the card, handle sales tax and send your receipt. We never see your full card details.
- Do you sell our details?
- Never. There are no ads and no tracking, and nothing you enter is shared unless you share it yourself.
- What if our wedding is only a few weeks away?
- The free seating chart, checklist and address link work from day one, and a short Final Stretch list takes you through the five things that matter most in the last ten weeks. Under 70 days out, Complete costs less, and it opens the final-stretch pieces instantly. Everything stays readable after the wedding.
